What We Do

MRS operates as a Cambodia-focused infrastructure and resource platform.

We align government stakeholders, private sector operators, technology providers and capital partners to identify, structure and deploy opportunities across environmental infrastructure, carbon development, industrial fuel supply and commodity offtake sectors.
