Cambodia is entering a critical phase of infrastructure expansion, driven by industrial growth, energy demand, and increasing pressure on waste systems.

The platform is positioned ahead of this shift, with secured sites, government alignment, and execution pathways already in place.

This creates a defined window for aligned capital and technology partners to participate at platform level.

Platform advancing into execution

 Platform access is limited to aligned capital and technology partners. 

Participation is structured through defined platform mandates. 

Initial deployment targeting 2,000 - 4,000 TPD across priority sites under active structuring and execution. 

• Government engagement active across key ministries 
• Initial project sites secured across Phnom Penh and priority corridors 
• Feedstock aggregation and system integration controlled at platform level 
• Capital and technology partners in active alignment

Initial deployment is being structured across priority sites, with progression into execution aligned to defined government and delivery pathways.

The platform controls deployment sequencing, capital alignment, and execution across all sites. 

Revenue is generated through waste intake, energy offtake, and long-term contracted industrial demand. 

Execution is delivered through site-level rollout, with expansion across additional locations as the platform scales into a multi-site portfolio. Additional sites are being assessed for integration into the platform as deployment progresses.
